Cookies and local storage

Effective: 11 October 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

In short

folkem.org does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and does not measure traffic with an external provider. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent. What we store in your browser is strictly necessary for the website features you request.

What we store in your browser

Name	Type	Purpose	Duration
`folkem-web-lista`	local storage (localStorage)	Products and quantities added to the quote list.	Until you delete it.
`folkem-web-csevego`	local storage (localStorage)	If you sent a quick question: e-mail address, phone number, name, company name and the questions sent – so you don't have to type them again.	Until you delete it.
`folkem-web-ai`	session storage (sessionStorage)	Your conversation with the AI assistant, so it is not lost when you change pages.	Until you close the tab.
`folkem-web-segito`	local and session storage	So that the AI assistant offer appears only once per session, and not again for 7 days if you closed it.	Until you close the tab, or 7 days.
`folkem-lang`	local storage (localStorage)	Your chosen language (Hungarian or English), if you chose one with the language switch or the language suggestion.	Until you delete it.
`__cf_bm`, `cf_clearance`	cookie (Cloudflare)	Only set when Cloudflare's protection needs a check: filtering bots and denial-of-service attacks.	30 minutes, or at most as long as Cloudflare specifies.

Local storage data does not reach Folkem – except what you explicitly send (quick question, AI assistant, moving to the ordering portal).

External content

To display the website, your browser downloads some content from external providers: some images and the video from folkem.hu, and product photos from rendeles.folkem.org. Your browser therefore also sends its IP address to these providers. These downloads do not set tracking cookies. Fonts and the 3D viewer library are served from our own server, with no external provider involved.

How to delete it

You can delete all of the above for folkem.org at any time with your browser's clear site data (cookies and site data) function. After deleting the list and contact details, the website works the same way; you just need to enter them again.
