Hereinafter: Folkem. These terms apply to the use of the folkem.org website (the website). By using the website you accept these terms.
2. Nature of the website – no contract is concluded here
- The website presents Folkem's products and services, primarily for businesses (hospitality venues, retailers, event organisers and other organisations).
- The website is not an online shop: no sales or service contract is concluded and no payment is made through it. Prices are not public.
- The “Quote list” only helps you choose. The list is transferred to the rendeles.folkem.org ordering portal; quote requests, quotes and contracts are governed by the ordering portal's General Terms and Conditions, which you accept on the portal when registering and when accepting a quote.
3. Product information
- Catalogue data (capacity, size, packaging unit, minimum quantity for custom print) are based on Folkem's 2026 catalogue. Small deviations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances; for orders, the data in the accepted quote always prevail.
- Product photos and drawings are illustrations; the colour, surface and print of the actual product may differ.
- Quantities are rounded to whole cartons; packaging data (pcs/carton, cartons/pallet) are indicative, based on the catalogue.
4. Mockup tool and calculators
- The 3D mockup tool is an indicative preview. An uploaded image is not uploaded to the server; it is processed only in your browser. The final prepress check and approval of the mockup for production take place on the ordering portal.
- The footprint calculator and the delivery calculator use estimated average data (assumptions are shown on the page). Results are indicative and do not constitute an offer or commitment; freight costs and delivery times are given in the quote.
- Please only upload artwork that you are entitled to use.
5. Quick question and AI assistant
- A quick question is answered by a Folkem colleague, usually within a few hours during business hours. The answer arrives in the ordering portal chat and by e-mail.
- The AI assistant answers automatically using artificial intelligence, based on catalogue data. Its answers are indicative, may be wrong, are not an offer and do not bind Folkem. The assistant does not give prices, discounts, stock levels or lead times.
- The AI assistant and the quick question must not be misused (e.g. mass or automated requests, offensive or unlawful content). To protect against overload, the number of questions is limited.
- Data processing is described in the Privacy notice.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, images, drawings, logos, the mockup tool, the calculators and the catalogue) is the intellectual property of Folkem or of authorised third parties and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Automated downloading of website content (scraping) is not permitted.
7. Liability
- Folkem strives to keep the website's data accurate and up to date and the website continuously available, but does not guarantee this. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages.
- Folkem accepts no liability for decisions based on the informative content of the website, the results of the calculators or the answers of the AI assistant; liability that cannot be excluded by law (intentional or grossly negligent damage, injury to life, body or health) is not affected.
- Folkem is not responsible for the content of external links on the website (e.g. folkem.hu, social media).

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably; in disputes between businesses, the court competent for Folkem's registered office has jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
Folkem may change these terms when the website changes. The current version is always available on this page. Contracts concluded on the ordering portal are governed by the version of the portal's General Terms and Conditions in force when the quote is accepted.
